Mission:
Fluid Art Forms is a platform dedicated to promoting accessibility in art, showcasing practices that transcend time and space through experimentation with form and content. It aims to challenge rigid frameworks in visual art by fostering dialogue between audiences, historically charged spaces, and diverse disciplines—including sculpture, painting, poetry, performance, theater, activism, critical theory, and film. By encouraging interaction between creators, audiences, and spaces—both physical and virtual—Fluid Art Forms revitalizes environments, imbuing them with new meanings and possibilities.
Fluid Art Forms, a hybrid platform based in Florence, Italy, champions emerging and established artists across diverse media. The Fluid Art Forms project is conceived as a hybrid, nomadic, and multicultural platform that brings together a diverse community of creative professionals, including artists, artisans, curators, writers, activists, and scholars. By fostering collaboration across disciplines and cultural contexts, the project aims to encourage experimentation, dialogue, and the exchange of ideas, creating a dynamic ecosystem where creativity, knowledge, and social engagement intersect.
The platform, founded by Aleksandra Lisek (@allelisel), an art curator and writer, aims to promote and curate artistic practice and creative endevaours providing a space for the exploration of diverse artistic expressions and social initiatives.
Goals:
The goal is to promote the inclusion of art spaces both within and beyond local communities in Florence, Italy, as well as internationally. We invite to collaborate visual artists, art professionals, cultural platforms, non-profit institutions and venues.
We cultivate a nomadic, evolving environment in which the public can meet and confront with visionary professionals and creatives discovering the transformative power of artistic expression by transcending conventional boundaries of art forms, time and space within inclusive environments.
